Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on all orders.

For customers located in the United States, Trash Talk Audio will provide a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For customers located outside the United States, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or shipped in error. Refunds will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Any statutory consumer rights that apply in the customer's country of residence remain unaffected.

Returned items must be sent to the return address provided by Trash Talk Audio. Products returned in damaged condition or showing signs of misuse may be subject to a reduced refund or may be ineligible for a refund.
